Roy Gover FCA
Following a post qualification career in banking and financial services, Roy migrated to estate agency via an appointment at Legal and General in 1988 to head up their estate agency acquisition team acquiring 340 offices. As a self employed business consultant has worked for many major institutions with an interest in estate agency including Halifax, Scottish Life, Winterthur Life UK, Refuge, Commercial Union, Norwich Union and Britannia Building Society. Roy is Business Correspondent of Estate Agency News.

Bob North
Originally a partner in the 35-office Kent firm of Cobbs acquired by GA in 1986, he became National Sales Director for GA Property Services and subsequently Strategic Marketing Director of Your Move. Following a secondment to the Assertahome project where he worked on the launch of asserta, Bob joined GCG as a principal. He specialises in applied technology including website functionality, and the introduction of IT systems and applications. |

Bill Pegram BA DipM
A qualified marketeer with ten year’s experience of conversion and service franchising, Bill was appointed as a Managing Director of Century 21 in the UK. He has since advised many businesses on the development of their networks using franchising as the business model and developed templates to make the launch of a new franchise fast and cost effective. A specialist in key area of franchisee profiling, marketing and recruitment he has a proven track record in the area of training for franchisors, their staff and franchisees. |

Chris Cullen FRICS
With 35 years experience in UK residential estate agency Chris was Senior Partner in a 28 office East Midlands practice acquired by Halifax in 1987. Following Halifax acquisition, Chris remained in place as Director of Halifax Estate Agencies Limited and was appointed Regional Director for the 200 office Midlands region with responsibility for business development. He was also co-opted as Chairman of National Estate Agency Financial Services working group. |

Tony Hogan
Following a successful career operating his own large retail chain, Tony has had over ten years experience advising franchisors both in the UK and overseas and is an alumnus of Franchise Management at St. Thomas University in Minneapolis. After a spell as Regional Franchise Sales Manager for ERA, part of the Cendant Real estate group, Tony worked on an assignment in Florida with one of the leading Business Brokers and in addition to becoming an Associate in GCG Consulting he operates his own Business Brokerage in the UK. |

Lorraine Aldridge
Lorraine Aldridge has several years experience in estate agency franchising and was formerly Commercial Director of the UK's largest independent estate agent. She has 20 years experience in the property market, which has included a number of years as Sales Manager of the New Homes and Land Division of a property development company. Lorraine has also worked in the City for the public relations department of a utility provider. |
